Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her assistance and determination to strengthening South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) solutions through an engagement with the agency's senior supervisors at a strategic arranging session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the numerous social grant beneficiaries, who excelled from the 2024 matric final exams.
From the 724 156 full-time learners who registered to the National Senior Certificate (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, symbolizing eighty one% from the registered pupils during the training sector.
These learners reached a commendable pass rate of 86%.
